Tae-Hee Han is a Contracts Supervisor for the Procurement & Contracts Division at Sound Transit. Tae-Hee is responsible for managing highly complex architectural/engineering and construction procurements and contracts utilizing all available alternative delivery methods in the state of Washington, including Design-Build, General Contractor/Construction Manager (GC/CM), and Job Order Contracting (JOC).

Tae-Hee has worked in the construction industry for more than 20 years with various types of construction and engineering projects and has spent the past seven years managing A&E and construction procurements and contracts for the expansion of Sound Transitís light rail, commuter rail, and commuter bus system. Tae-Hee serves on Washington Stateís Capital Projects Review Board (CPARB) JOC Committee responsible for establishing JOC best practices in Washington.

Tae-Hee obtained a bachelorís degree in architecture and studied construction management at the University of Washington. He holds professional certifications from the Universal Public Procurement Certification Council (CPPB) and the Design Build Institute of America (DBIA Associate).
