Grantley Martelly, President
Grantley’s top goals this term include encouraging more robust volunteer participation, increasing our influence with transportation agencies in the Puget Sound area, and developing new partnerships with students and faculty in high schools, universities, and trade schools.
Brenda Nnambi, Vice President
Brenda is the Director for Equity in Contracting at Sound Transit. She offers more than 35 years of dedicated service to civil rights, equity, and inclusion work in both the public and private sector. She previously led all civil rights programs statewide for WSDOT.
Marvin Thomas, 2nd Vice President
Marvin is the West Region Director for Triunity (now a part of Lochner). He has focused on the rail, transit, and aviation infrastructure space. Marvin acquired extensive program management experience from serving in the U.S. Air Force, the U.S. Army, and a variety of companies prior to co-founding Triunity with his brother, Jonnie.
Lisa Phair, Secretary
Lisa is Port of Seattle’s DBE Program Manager. She brings more than 20 years of experience in construction and procurement. Lisa is passionate about helping businesses grow and be successful by creating opportunities at the Port of Seattle on contracts and serving as a resource for COMTO members to address issues and find solutions to the obstacles that small business firms encounter. Lisa also has owned a small business that was a certified SBE and DBE firm.
Tae-Hee Han, Treasurer
As HNTB’s Deputy PM II - Procurement and Contracts, Tae-Hee has more than 20 years of experience in delivering public and private sector projects using various project delivery methods, especially alternative public works procurement: strategy development, contract negotiation, and project execution. A University of Washington alum, Tae-Hee previously worked for Sound Transit and Walsh Construction.
